To use the anecdotal information in order to compile a profile of circumstances contributing to these events happening.
We only get to know a very small percentage of these killing events and now, thanks to the wonders of the Internet and all the networking, we can have a much better data compiling method.
Please, share your experience or references. It may save lives, even your own, as repeated events can and do happen to one single person (my personal case.)
